Homework Lullabies
Ahhh the sweet soothing goodness of curling up on your bed and starting homework on a weekend.
There can't possibly be anything more mentally tiring than getting yourself to sit down and begin working on homework. Of course when done on the weekend it's 30 times worse. I've got my lab notebook due on monday and also an exam to study for that takes place that very same day. So I figure I can knock off a little bit of that work today to ease my suffering on Sunday. I spread my labs across my bed and open up my notebook and lab book. What happens next....
2 hours later I wake up to the sound of a cell phone ringing, and the voice of none other then Johnny G is on the other end. Boy was I dazed and confused on that one. (Hey! It's almost time to watch Dazed and Confused again! YAAAY!!**)
I didn't get one thing done on that stinking lab book. Hell I didn't even get 1 click of the pen in! I was out cold and it never felt better. If you've been keeping up to date you'll notice that's the second time I've failed to make any progress on this particular assignment. Yea screw lullabies for my kids as they're growing up, I'm just going to drop some homework into their cribs.
~Due to adverse weather conditions, racing for this weekend was canceled. Whoa adverse... Now that's a big word for me to be using. Take that Johnny G!!!
